Toddler Painting with Bubble Wrap

We had a great time painting with bubble wrap, so don’t throw this packing material away!

Craftulate: Toddler Painting with Bubble Wrap

The other day I got F to try making prints with bubble wrap. I wrapped a piece around a scrubber with a handle (also used directly for painting, see here) and secured it with an elastic band. This made it a lot easier for F to manipulate.

Then I let him loose on some paints and he really enjoyed stamping with the bubble wrap – even sending the plate of paint skidding away.
Here’s the finished masterpiece:

Another day I found some BIG bubble wrap, so again I wrapped it around a brush for easy stamping. This was even more fun!

We got some really nice prints from these art sessions!
