Banana Raisin Cookies

Jump to recipe

This is a super simple recipe for banana raisin cookies that you can make with toddlers!

Banana Raisin Cookies - make them with your toddler!

You’d think that a cookie recipe that didn’t contain sugar, egg, or flour would be low on taste too, but these are so yummy! All the ingredients could be eaten raw too; perfect when making these with young children!

Makes 24

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup raisins

First we mashed the bananas. F had never used the masher before so the bananas didn’t get perfectly smooth, but that didn’t matter at all.

Then we added all the other ingredients and F stirred the mixture.

F spooned the mixture into a mini muffin pan. Note: We didn’t grease the pan before doing this, and they were slightly tricky to remove after baking – so I’d recommend greasing the pan first!

I baked them in a 350F oven for around 18 minutes. After this point they were starting to get a little crispy on top, but the underneath was still wet. I turned them out onto a silicone mat and gave them another 5 minutes to bake the underside.

The banana and apple sauce make the cookies lovely and soft, and the raisins make them sweet. They are very tasty for healthy cookies!
